Integrity diplomas are available where allowed by law. Where diplomas are not permitted, certificates may be awarded. If you have questions you should contact authorities in your state to determine local laws. Our diplomas are a symbol of one's discipline, committment and faithfulness to show themselves "approved a workman rightly diviiding the Word of God"! The nature of Christian ministry requires a standard unblemished by the secular world system. To allow God's Word and ministry to be approved or disapproved by world standards violates Christian principles. Our crediblity is found in the excellent reputations of our instructors, alumni, and our track record of accountability to leading Christian leaders. - our focus is on training workers for the Kingdom of God. Not on justifying holy stands to secular ovesreers who are spiritually unqualified to judge on such matters in the first place. The Texas Supreme Court has basically upheld this same positon in Tyndale Seminary verses the State of Texas 2006 see below

Texas The Texas Supreme Court ruled that state higher education officials have no authority over seminaries in Texas, ending several years of litigation over state efforts to restrict the operations of three seminaries in Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio.
The high court said the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board violated the constitutional rights of the institutions by preventing them from issuing degrees in theology and calling themselves seminaries. The government has no jurisdiction to enforce nor require accreditation from any religious seminary. As such, its degrees and credits are ministerial credits and use of degree is accepted by many churches and Christian organizations. The Department of Education has stated that unaccredited institutions are not of poor quality, and offer ministerial degrees versus academic degrees.
